Clint arranged for the granddaughters, Karlene and Brandi to visit this past June. We had a great time with them.  They have grown so much, I can’t believe I used to hold them on my shoulder, but I guess every parent and grandparent goes through that. The girls spent most of their time with Clint and Lynn.  However, Jack and I had them a couple of nights. We took them to the Saloon for some good wings and pool playing.  Also, I took them to see my boss’ horses and to Goodwill (GW as Lynn calls it), and for a good hike.  I plan to have that trail mastered next year, to beat them up it.  It was very steep and we all pooped out before we were done.  Water, trail mix and youth did not help.  I looked at Karlene once and asked, “Why do you have your cell phone out?”  She said she was getting text messages.  Hello…we were on top of a mountain, enjoying the beauty, why do text messages matter? Youth, I just don’t understand them!!!

The first picture is of Brandi, Karlene and Codee. The second is all our grandkids, two greats, and one not ours, but we are missing Nicholas, who was in Ohio.
